Call for Applications for the Student Financial Aid Appeal Board
The Government of the Northwest Territories (GNWT) is seeking members for the Student Financial Aid (SFA) Appeal Board, for terms beginning December 1, 2022.
The council was created to hear second-level appeals when applicants disagree with decisions of SFA program staff or the internal review group. The SFA Appeal Board is made up of five members appointed by the Minister for ECE, one of whom must be a post-secondary student.
The Board may confirm, rescind or vary a decision in accordance with applicable laws, policies and procedures. Remuneration is provided.
